Our services are fully digital, including press release drafting, distribution, and publishing. Once work has begun or the content is published, the service is considered delivered and cannot be reversed, except in the limited cases described below.

- Duplicate charges confirmed by our payment processor (Razorpay or applicable gateway).
- Failure to deliver the promised service due to a technical or internal error on our part.
- A partner publisher fails to publish and we are unable to resolve the issue within a mutually agreed timeline.
3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
- User-initiated cancellations after distribution has started or content has been published.
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with editorial outcome when content meets publisher guidelines.
- Publisher rejections due to policy violations, restricted topics, or prohibited content.
4. How to Request a Refund
